Recruitment is Open!

Its first week of raiding, Rififi was able to clear all current 10-person raid content. However, we've hit a bit of a progression-stall as we recruit more dedicated raiders for 25-person raids, particularly Ulduar and beyond. In our short time since forming, we've managed some impressive accomplishments. We've organized successful Naxx25 PuGs; have cleared Obsidian Sanctum 10-man with one drake alive (and will kill Vesp tonight!); have earned some impressive 10-man achivements, such as "Make Quick Werk of Him"; to name a few. All of this has come on the way to becoming the highest ranked 10-man raiding guild on the server.

But we are not satisfied.

We are trying to bolster our roster for Ulduar and whatever else Blizz decides to throw our way. We've proven ourselves in patch 3.0, and will continue to do so for all subsequent patches. All we need is more people like us -- raiders. We are accepting classes from all interested parties, but in particular we are searching for: (the listed classes, let me reitirate, are not all we are accepting applications from)

  • Ranged DPS: Warlocks, Shadow Priests, and Elemental Shaman.
  • Melee DPS: Enhancement Shaman, Rogues, Feral Combat Kitty Druid
  • Healers: Demand is high for a Holy Paladin, but we need a couple more of any class.
  • Tanks: Demand is high for a Feral Druid.

    Availability: i get home every from work between 9-11 server time i could play what days are needed for the guild and ne time on weekends

    divine knight of chaos: and was a good guild that ive put alot of time into and was raid leader and officer of the guild but the capabilities for high level stuff was impossible seeing im only 80 in it and no one was hradly ever on so people left all the time i could recruit ten in one day and lose 8 others:(

    Reason for your interest in Rififi:
    im tired of being a guild with no future sure i liked ebign in there i helpe them they helped me but its time for me to advance and your raid times are perfect for me everything i have done since 70 ish was soley my happening joining pubs getting pubbs started etc

    1) Discuss the effort you've made in aquiring reputation with factions in Wrath of the Lich King, including the Sons of Hodir.


    to be perfectly honest ive only been lvl 80 for 1 day 7 hours play time and only have argent crusade maxed ive been in a guild with no high levels and all my friends i play with are way under gearedthe second i hit 80 ive done nothing but heroics and a couple ten mans and im working my hardest to get rep i need the gear to better prepare myself for 10 mans

    2) What is your raid experience during the current patch?

    i have only done rear half of 10 man naxx and 10 man voa like i said im new to 80 and new to wo started like a month before wotlk came out from scratch level one

    3) Are you willing to respec to better suit the guild's needs if asked for a specific purpose/raid composition/etc.? If so, what other specs are you comfortable playing?

    if need be yes i would but i have very limited off set gear for a switch to shadow priest and not a ton of dps exp

    4) Detail the roughest encounter you have experienced in the current patch and how you handled it?

    how about being only one left in group on maiden cause no one wants to listen to you
    on strategy and having to finish off the last 25 k life as a healer by throwing out lightwell putting on guardian spirit when almost dea thrwoing out divine hymn and finishing the last bit of dps other then theres always tough times with bad pub groups and having to heal all party members through a fight cause everyone has aggro besides tank

    5) Give an example of a time you went out of your way for a guildie or a friend in-game.

    all my guildies are lower levels and have heolped run them through lower level stuff countless times and beacmae the raid leader when i got them all started on 60 raids i through them all together and got them all raid exp even though i had none at that time but soemone had to take the initiative

    6) Are you achivement-focused?

    i am achievement focused but its a little hard with pube groups to get soem of the heroic achievments seeing alot of the time dps is lacking horribly

    hi im bredora and i am looking for a raiding guild. I have know all the fights. i have done 25 EOE before and i hope to get to raid ulduar at least and i have saved my raid from wipeing in a raid before by myself i am a mature player and btw im a healer.
